How do I adjust the height of my Cloudpillo?
The Cloudpillo is designed with a unique shredded memory foam filling. Simply unzip the inner cover and remove or add stuffing until you find the perfect loft that aligns your neck and spine.
Does the pillow come with a trial period?
Yes, we offer a 30-night trial. We believe it takes time for your body to adjust to a new pillow, so you can test it in the comfort of your own home before deciding to keep it.
Is the Cloudpillo machine washable?
The outer cover is fully machine washable at 40 degrees Celsius. However, the inner cover containing the memory foam should not be washed, as water can damage the foam's structural integrity.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days.
